Next time you go out to dinner check your receipt to see if there is a customer satisfaction survey you can take online or by phone.  If you fill out these surveys, you'll get free food coupons.


Join Membership Programs
You can earn rewards points for free items and there are sign up rewards.  Here are some restaurants who offer membership programs:

Kroger gives away a full size product every Friday at kroger.com.  Just download the digital coupon to your Kroger card and it's applied when you check out.

Sign up for rewards at godiva.com and get a free truffle every month at your nearest Godiva store.


In Store Samples

Whole Foods will let you try any prepared food.  Ask an employee to open any prepared food, such as crackers, at any time.  Whole Foods stores also hold quarterly cheese nights where you can try many varieties of cheeses.

At Trader Joe's, you can stop by the demo station to sample a mini beverage and a bite of a promotional item.

Sam's Club always has lots of free sample stations to allow you to try their new products.

The Body Shop Love Your Body Club costs $10 to join.  For your membership fee you get a $10 credit on your birthday, plus 10% off of most purchases.  Every time you buy something you earn points that you can redeem for products.

Sign Up For Frequent Shopper Programs

Staples gives you 5% back on almost every purchase, plus free shipping at staples.com, if you join their frequent shopper program.

Earn points through Walgreen's Balance Rewards program for buying products and filling prescriptions.

Sign up for Big Lots rewards card to earn points for discounts on purchases.  Your card also keeps track of your purchases, so if you need to return an item and have lost the receipt you will still be able to return it if you have your card.


Freebies For Dropping In

LensCrafters and Vision Works offer free eyeglasses cleaning and adjustments.

Sam's Club offers monthly health screenings for members and nonmembers.  Screenings offered vary each month and include blood pressure, cholesterol and vision screenings.

Big O Tire and Discount Tire offer free air pressure checks and tire adjustments, if necessary, for no charge.

Free Music

Spotify.com, pandora.com and accuradio.com all have a vast library of free music, but you will have to listen to a few ads between songs.

Free Movies
